Batman: Dark Knight @ IMAX
I am just on my way to London Waterloo to meet a friend and see the epic new Batman movie Dark Knight at the IMAX. I am really excited it’s supposed to be brilliant. Let’s just wait and see!
UPDATE: The film was amazing, and IMAX made it really special, the first time they went from 35mm film to the massive 70mm film of the IMAX system it was like they adjusted the projector to be clear and in focus, every one could be audibly heard the breath in to the wide helicopter shot of Gotham city. I have to say the Joker played by Heath Ledger was not the awe inspiring and best ever performance that everyone made out but it was definitely one of his best. Overall the only reason this probably isn’t the best film this year is because Star Trek comes out at the end of the year and I would vote Star Trek the #1 film even if it wasn’t but as its directed by JJ Abraham’s, I am crossing my fingers for another brilliant movie.
